Are all brand of desktop mobo batteries the same type?

I'm trying to get an older computer running and it's battery is gone. How do I know what type mobo battery (the nickel size battery) I need?

This mobo is probably 6-8 years old.

And where do I find the battery?

The motherboard battery are all the same. Buy at any computer store.
