I am mostly Basque, English and German. But I have never been to those places and people from those places wouldn't say I was English, German or Basque. But I am fully Californian.

Very funny but the answer is "No." Your race is one thing and your nativity is another. You are a "white" but you are a Californian if you were born and raised here (that's me) or lived here long enough to claim your nativity.

You can claim that with no problem but you won't find abox for it on any application or legal document
