Last time I am using Easy Recovery Professional Software for recover files from PenDisk. While I was recovering my files from pendisk my system was hanged. I pulled out the pendisk from the USB port after waiting 2 or three minutes. Then I pluged the PenDisk, PenDisk was found,
But, When I am trying to open pendrive Drive, There is a message as "Please insert the Disk into Drive".
I am using Google Search for this solutions. But all are went in vein, so please help me anyway!

Ok pal....this is what you do...You go to My Computer,locate and right click on the pen drive identified as removable drive and click on 'Format' option.Now,you'll be presented with an option to choose the file system of your choice.I suggest that you format it with FAT32 file system EVEN if the most commonly used file system is NTFS.Doing so in FAT32 irones out any compatibility issues.
