I have a collection of my father's old vinyls, classical music and some jazz, but since they've been in storage for 20 year or so I'm afraid they've acquired a lot of mould. I'd like to clean them up, either myself or get it done professionally. I'm looking for strategies to get that done, so I can get them home to enjoy them.

There are (or where) plenty of record cleaning kits on the market...just do a google search for them. Mold doesn't really have that much destructive effect on the vinyl itself. You just have to be careful not to do any damage to the grooves while cleaning them.
As far as the sleeves and covers, I seriously doubt you can do anything to recover them. Sleeves can easily be replaced, but the covers are basically lost. If the records are only 20 years old, you might try contacting the recording company to see if you can order replacement covers.
