why won't this screen stop blinking?

you need to set the exact frequency.

if your OS is XP

on desktop right-click>> properties>> advance..
select monitor tab.
set the frequency.

Caution: if u set greater frequent that your monitor doesn't supports. then you dodn't get any picture on the scree. reboot the sys in safe mode and follow the same inst above and set the least of that you select last time.
