Really need help on this on, Please Only Serious Answers Only. I know acetone- nail polish remover will work some what. Yes there's super glue in a lock and now need to undo what did happened.

Ooh, got pranked? I think that you may need a locksmith, and if that doesn't work you might have to cut it off and get a new one. Once the tumblers are glued together it is basically useless. Locksmiths usually have like a kind of gun that shoves a needle inside the lock and disables the tumblers, but if the glue ruins the lock gun then you may have to pay for it. Sorry.

If the glue has plug up all the holes it would be dificult to put the lock into a glue solvent. The lock could be salvaged if taken completely apart and cleaned out.
the time invested to do that is not cost effective.
Solution =replace the lock's cylinder.

It is almost impossible. Easier by far to simply replace the lock. The new lock could be set up to use the same key(s) as the old one, if that is important.

Just cut the lock off and buy a new one.
