To each there own, we must respect the views of others as well as the way they wish to express themselves. Be it with tattoos, clothing, hair color, or what ever they wish. As long as they do not try to push there views on me, they can do as they wish.

I don't think anything, in particular, though I usually look at the artwork. I suppose I think about how I feel about the particular tattoo. Like 'oh that's a nice tattoo', or 'wow, that's a strange picture'. Or, 'oooh, that looks like it hurt!'. That sort of thing.

"Where did they get their ink done?" What does it matter if someone sitting next to you has tattoos or not? Some people have tattoos that you can't see - so you might sit next to someone who has them and you don't know it.

Same as clothes and jewelry. Check out the look. Any particular quality? If the ink is good I ask who did the work. As long as the one wearing it doesn't look mean/drugged/drunk/beligerent or otherwise someone I don't want to talk to.

I think yikes, what is going to happen when they have grand-kids? Is that tattoo still going to look cool when they are 90? Also, I wonder what mortician or Dr. is going to take pics of it when they are "indisposed" for their collection.
