What other changes can I expect?
Starting at around 8 weeks, your breasts also begin to get bigger, and they'll continue to grow throughout your pregnancy. It's common to go up a cup size or two, especially if it's your first baby. Your breasts may be itchy as the skin stretches, and you may even develop stretch marks on them. But don't worry if your breasts don't seem to be growing too much — that's normal, too, and no, it doesn't mean you'll have problems breastfeeding.
You may be able to see veins under the skin on your breasts, and you may find that your nipples are getting bigger and darker (more pigmented). After the first few months, your areolas — the pigmented circles around your nipples — will also be bigger and darker. You may not have noticed the little bumps on your areolas before. But now these bumps, which are a type of oil-producing gland called Montgomery's tubercles, may become much more pronounced. Your breasts go through these changes in preparation for nursing your baby.
During the last few months of pregnancy, you may begin to leak a small amount of a thick yellowish substance called colostrum. This is the special milk your baby will get when he first starts nursing. Don't worry, though, if you don't leak — your breasts are producing colostrum even if you don't see any evidence of it.

Not to worry Honey, I know everything seems weird in your first pregnancy but just this is perfectly normal. Everyone gets this symptom during pregnancy just at different times. If you are starting this now it will probably continue and get worse so make sure to get some breast pads next time you are at the store so you have them on hand for use if this gets troublesome you will need them after the baby is born anyway so it is no waste. The most important thing right now is get a GOOD bra that gives you support and has room to grow as you do. Good Luck and congratulations on your impending arrival

I am in my fourth pregnancy, but I have never had it start that early. I would talk to your OB and lay off nipple stimulation if it is bothersome. It is probably just your breasts getting ready for the baby and all the hormone changes.

Yes, It's called lactating, it's totally normal. You'll be doing a lot more the closer you get to giving birth. And even more if you breast feed.

Very normal, don't worry about it. But you should be asking these questions of your doctor. You need to have a doctor during your pregancy just in case there are problems.

yup! It's your body getting ready to feed another human. It will continue through out the rest of your pregnancy, and then after you give birth you will get engorged. Congrats!!!
