The only product that I am aware of the truly and totally kills roaches is called "Roach Pruff". It comes in a can. You should be able to find it at Lowes and Home Depot and probably opther places. It is a powder and 100% effective. It contains boric acid and is not expensive.

I believe that is Bengal (as in tiger) it is mostly boric acid and quite expensive. Just get a package of boric acid powder, sprinkle it around the base boards and leave it alone for a week or so, don't stomp any roaches, let them carry it back to their nests and it will get rid of all of them. I know it looks messy, but clean it up in a week or so and forget about the roaches, they're gone,as in dead!
