I lost my larynx from throat cancer that was at stage 3 - stage 4 is terminal. I don't smoke anymore.

I went to an Overeaters Anonymous meeting and met a lady who weighed approximately 450 lbs. She had to diet for quite a while just to get into the car seat to get to the meeting, as she had been living within the parameter of her bedroom and her bathroom for months, possibly years. Yeah, that helped a lot when I lost 140 lbs. myself in the following two years. Don't ask how much I have gained back since . . .

I remember seeing the movie SCARED STRAIGHT back in the 80's when I was a teenager...That chit was scarry.
