considering that we have: the highest crime rate, the least personal freedom, the highest income disparity, the worst education, the lowest % of people without health care, the highest poverty rate, the lowest standard of living, the most war crimes committed (in the last 50 years), the least accurate electoral system, the most gov't intrusion into personal lives, are the worst environmentally, the worst in social programs, the most wars of aggression, are the least liked intenationally, the most oppressive to other countries, the lowest standard of living, the most corporate freedom, the lowest average IQ, the most secretive gov't, the highest military spending (51% of all $ spent on military worldwide), the only country to encourage slave-level employment practices in other countries including our territories as well as forced prostitution and abortion (ie Saipan [Tom DeLay]), and the highest abortion rate (in all 1st world nations, abortion is legal). Please give an honest answer.

Here's as honest as it gets.
What makes you think this is such a great country anyway?
There isn't anything left to be great or proud of either. With every sentence you wrote shows every reason we are not the once great country any more.
With everything you stated shows just why we are at the lowest of the greatness instead of on top like we used to be and I'm neither happy or proud of that any more.
I'm not proud nor happy of the highest office in this country at all and until it's replaced with someone with a heart and compassion I can not be either. No wonder so many countries hate us now more then ever as our so-called leader is to happy playing the leader of his own terrorist party and playing his own games of murder and stealing along with all his lies too.
No, this isn't the great country it used to be and may never be again unless it proves to the world that we will WORK for peace and not war any more.

Sounds like You support a system of government like France that pays people to do nothing. The faults of this country pail in comparison with other world powers. Evidently You do not have experience into the French and German and Russian intrusions into the lifestyles and privacy of their citizens. Time You realize that Social programs stop progress in a country because they punish success and encourage idleness. When you take away incentives to work and succeed you remove dignity from a life. Tell the starving people in Russia that we have the lowest standard of living and they will tell you what a moron you are. In conclusion is our country is so bad why don't you move to France or Russia. Or even better go to china and live in the filth there.

Because of the arrogance, and because they are taught that none of that is true. Most of them don't have any perspective on the matter, and just assume they are the greatest because they are told it is so.
They are taught they have the best freedoms and quality of life, which is bollocks compared to most of Europe, Canada and Australia. Hell, your press is even subsidised by your government, and if they say anything that could damage the government they risk having that money taken away.
They are taught that they have democracy and not a corrupt government where only the rich can get in charge.
They are taught lots of things, some are true to some extent, but there are very few things where they are better than every other country.

least personal freedom? you can do whatever whenever you want with a little effort . But I would think the number one reason is that we are safe , we are not getting bombed , do not have suicide cars in our streets , have freedom to pick our own religion , have freedom to pick our own job , anybody has the oppurtunity to get a college education which the goverment will pay for or you can get a loan . This sounds like a question from a lazy person that expects everything to be handed to them because they live in America . The other great thing about this country is that you have the freedom to leave , and you should do just that

It is that freedom to do these things, you say less personal freedom, and I would say bull to that. Obviously you have not traveled across the world. Russia, China, Japan, Korea for a few are no freedom at all hardly.
It is that freedom that has stoped government control of health care, the government telling doctors who to treat, when to treat and what can or can't be treated. It is that freedom that has allowed free and government sponsered health research.
That is why people from all around the world come to the US for health care.
i could go down the list, but siince they are merley silly non true things, it is not worth my time.
I would say if you are an american and you beleive it is so bad, go live ( why not run) to one of these other more advanced society and see what freedoms you will soon be missing.
