Definetely go! It is family. Your relationship with the people is WAY more important than the gift. They will want you to be there for their special day. How about getting a card and putting in it a cute "IOU" coupon for a double "date" at a time of their choosing?

I suggest a buy a cheap card at the dollar store, they are 2 for 1.00 inside the card wish them the best of luck and how happy you are for them. If they know you as family knows family they already know, you have no money for a gift and your presence there will be worth more than any present or money you could give them.
GO AND enjoy your new sister in law :)

Definately go. Bring a card. Try and think of things you can give them that don't cost money. With weddings you can always send a gift later. Soooo. Go, enjoy yourselves and give them the best gift you can today - your love and support.

You MUST go! As a brother he has to go. His brother doesn't care for gifts.... believe me. Just tell him the truth. It's never too late to give them a gift when you can afford it.

buy them a card, make up your own "gift certificate" with something they might value (ex. "free full house cleaning anytime you need it"). That doesn't cost you money, but is a nice gift.
