I live in Louisiana, and I can tell you your little government conspiracy theory is not true. The mayor messed up, and the levees weren't kept up.

NEw Orleans flooded because the mayor and the levey boards used money for all sorts of other projects other than to repair the leveys. And in the long run, they were not designed for this level of storm either.

It was a act of nature ( or God) that caused a storm to hit the city and it flooded.

When you build a city on the coast under sea level what do you expect will happen form time to time.

Areas in FL are hit and destroyed every few years,

No, It was political corruption that leached money from the levee projects, and environmental groups that sued the levee projects.

So called "Liberal groups" (not real Liberals though) are to be blamed for the flooding.

You can pass blame of the deaths on whomever you'd like...The system failed from the local level all the way up (US Coast Guard is the only organization that is NOT at fault).

I'm going to agree with the question.

I can't understand your explanation due to the poor paragraph structure.

It flooded because the ninth ward, and the rest of "Narlins" (rhymes with Marlins, that's how my friend who lives there taught me how to say it*) was infected by the cancer of greed and incompetence located in city hall.

That weakened the levees and prevented timely action to save the city and its people from the flood

As for being bored, attempt to project your self interior the instructions you're taking now! attempt to have competitions with a number of the finest of the finest of your college on particular tests or record card grades. attempt to be the single which knows the most solutions, make it aggressive. once lower back, sturdy success =)

That is totally ridiculous. The Ninth Ward flooded because the land is low. Duh!
