yes because those that are crazy and think they are sane have no bouderies to their behaviours. They don't know they are wrong. Crazy people who know it realize that their choices may be harmful and try to refrain until other people give them the ok. Have a nice day.----Crazy Person Who knows...

I know im crazy for answering this question but here goes...
If i know im crazy, and i accept that...then yes im saner for realizing that....but how crazy is the crazy, other person??? Is he willing to admit to his problem and deal with it, or is he saying im sane just to be accepted by the general populace??
I hope that made a bit of sense and now im going to count my penny collection...

yes because you would be sane. Crazy people are only crazy because they dont know their crazy, if the mind excepts its insanity it's the start of a cure for it, because acceptance is the first step to recovery.

a crazy man is sumone who does crazy things not knowing wat they had done. a psychopath is sumone who does crazy things knowing wat they are doing n had it all planned in advance. in this sense, the psychopath is more rational den the crazy man n may even be smarter den the average ppl.
