Because where women pee out of is a little hole on their body, boys have a sometimes long piece of skin with a hole on the end, where they pee out of. Hope that is a good enough answer for you.

Because if we did, we would have pee all over our legs. We have no way to aim, so we just sit so it goes directly into the toilet instead of all over the bathroom.

If this is a question, it's because we don't have a penis to hold and to control the direction of the urine, and it will probably go all over the place if we stand.

I'd have to break my back if I wanted to aim. Pee runs down your legs otherwise and there's no toilet paper. We be drippin'.
