I think, in my opinion, that the best TV series currently on air is Project Runway, Season 3. I love watching the season yet again in action, with all the new kids trying to rough it out to win. And watching Tim Gunn saying, "Carry on." is entertaining in itself. Project Runway is definitely the best fashion show ever.
