im looking for cheap delivery i have heard staples do this for £8.00 but dont know if this is right does anyone know???

Depends what you are selling but if size permits, I would suggest Royal Mail standard parcel service .. if you go onto their website they actually commend it for Ebay deliveries,

what are you selling? if it's big, get the person to pick it up. They will come miles if they really want it, we sold a bed from Lincolnshire to someone from Dorset, and they picked it up

We always use Fedex. It cheaper than USPS and more reliable that UPS.

whatever you do make sure you can track it online if you are being paid by paypal.
through experience(costly)if you don't then you are the only one taking risks.
