I have to work at 9 on most days
alarm goes off at 6:30
I don't usually leave bed till 7
I am usually up, showered, dressed and reading articles by 7:30 and pickup co-workers around 7:45 - 7:55 for one and 8 - 8:15 for the other and on my way to work....
so I am only "getting ready for about 30 minutes.... but I have to first take about 30 minute to wake up enough to think about getting ready.....

Wake up.
Watch a half an hour of TV
Go to gym - 20 -45 minutes depending on what type of workout day it is
Shower and sauna
go to work
About an hour and 1 half at least.

I take 3 hours getting ready for school and about 5 hours to go out to the city. lol.
