yes there are people that do.

post a request on usenet alt.binaries.sound.midi and someone will oblige.

perhaps you could indicate which tune you wanted?

I don't, but i'd try making some for free. I composed some midi for my music GCSE, havnt got the results yet so i cant tell you how good it was.
