i dont know anything about the shoe business, but I do know you just have to get the word out. Use Ebay to sell some, and just spread the word! americans love shoes. good luck!

--First of all, I recommend getting someone to improve the website -- the English translation needs to be better; plus the layout can be improved.
--The cost of shipping (or a way to estimate the cost) would be nice; as well as some easy methods of payment, like credit cards or PayPal.
--When my son first ordered from the site, I was concerned that we had no way to get our money back if we never received the product, or if it was poor quality; so you need to have some kind of guarantee and money-back policy.
--Find out how to list your website on search engines, like Yahoo, Google, Ask.com, etc. so when someone is searching for a product you carry, your page will be on the list.
