If u dont know who the Dutch are, those are people who live in Holland, which is where Amsterdam is (Marijuana is legal there). And most Rastafarians smoke marijuana as a part of their religion (although they do believe in the same god as christians do). Who do you think smokes the most?

The Rastafarian's do is my guess! I do not smoke but, I know some that do and that's the first thing they start their day with and the last thing they end their day with. I think people are more tempted when something is illegal!
My opinion...it should be legal in the United States!

that's actually an interesting question. i would have to say the Rastafarians though. although Amsterdam is full of people who smoke weed, it's not as common as the stories portray. also, people from all over the world go to Amsterdam for the experience, creating the illusion that there are so many Dutch smoking weed. it's really the rest of us just chillin' with the Dutch and a box full of Dutchmasters. that's all i have to say for now. i have the munchies.

Rastafarians, because not all Dutch people smoke marijuana, but I take it all Rastafarians do. Having said that, your focus is too narrow, many people around the world smoke it that would outnumber Rastafarians.

I think very few Dutch smoke - it's the rest of the populations of the world that come to smoke legally in their country. And, they reap the profits - smart, eh.

uh... I'd say the Rastafarians, cause they ALL smoke. It's part of their beliefs. But everyone in Holland doesn't smoke just cause it's legal. Just like cigarettes here in the States...

Too much of whatever is a sin, for example gluttony,false delight,hatred,gossip,envy,and many others.-additionally i'm unfamiliar with someone however the priest that drinks any of the wine in the course of the mass. I think the Rastas. Only because people that are told not to do something will do it 5 times more. In Amsterdam it is legal so they dont care about it like that.

Tough call. Ratas are a made-up religion of thieving dopers. Since the Dutch are prosperous, I'd say the Rastamen.
