go to the gym and focus on the major muscle groups (chest, back, legs) and you will see the fastest improvement (especially if you are skinny, you will see improvements very quickly). also, eat a ton (going to the gym will make you hungrier). try to eat moderately healthy while ensuring you get a lot of protein and carbs. don't do a lot of cardio (that's for losing inches on your waist)

if its medically necessary, id say pack on the protien and build lean muscle mass instead of fat to remain healthy.

if its for other reasons id say just learn to flaunt what you have. every shape and size is beautiful :)

EAT and eat and eat!!! thats how you gain mass... eat right but eat a lot. then go to the gym and do core weight lifting. chest, biceps, triceps, legs and abs. youll definetly see result in matter of weeks or if you do it right, in a matter of days!

Just eat more. go for seconds. Lift weights at a gym. Keep eating. You'll soon get bigger.
