You'll have to give us more details of his behaviour and why you think he's sick? What's he doing that is out of character? How is he sick?
The best way to judge your bunn's health is by his droppings - are his droppings numerous, large, round, moist? If his droppings are small and dry, or worse, totally absent, he could be suffering from constipation - this can occur in heat too - I've written an article on symptoms and how to treat constipation/furballs too -

Your bunny could be suffering heat stroke, if it's very hot where you are, and if he has his mouth open and is panting ... heat stroke is very dangerous for bunns - I've written an article on symptoms and how to treat -

He may have been fighting something off (a cold) and then the move stressed his immune system out and he got sicker. It could also be something in the new house. Did he eat something bad or breath in fumes of some kind? Is the cage set up differently? They like to nibble things through the cage, maybe he ate something toxic like a house plant or got thread from a blanket caught in his tummy. Dust from the move or from bedding could have made him sick. The best thing to do would be to call your vet and ask if the symptoms sound bad enough to need him checked out. They will probably say yes, because bunnies are sensitive and can go downhill quickly. Also look at www.rabbit.org. LOTS of info!

Bunnies can't tolerate heat. Make sure he is in a cool place.
If he is outdoors, put a board on top of his cage so he won't get wet and put a sprinkler on top of the board.
Bunnies can get ear mites. Check his ears .
