How many of you mothers out there actually make excuses to go run errands just to get away from the kids for awhile?

Better question. Why do kids want you to drop them off a block from school? lol !!!! No matter how much you love someone or want to be with them, getting away and refreshing is better for all concerned. If you have to be with each other so much there is a bigger problem lurking right ahead. Steer clear. Make an excuse clear the people out of you head and get your thoughts back in order. Ya' all will love each other more if you do. Much love.

I do know that people do that. I never had such a desire. In fact, my child travels with me all the time. The only time he does not is when it is not appropriate for him to be present. I enjoy having him with me. This is still the case today.

I can't make excuces to get away because kids have to go with me. Husband works 3rd shift so he sleps all day.

Me!!! MEEEE!!!! I will totally admit to doing that!And I am not ashamed to admit it. I work at home, my son has disabilites, and he's a nine year old boy.'Nuff said.My sister and I trade off.My niece is 3 months younger than my son.

umm... my mom she goes to work and she just goes to get food and clothes and stuff for herself and says she had it
