The easy way is to just use the PRNT SCRN button your keyboard to take an image of it. Then just paste it into PAINT and then save it as a jpg image.

After you hit PRNT SCRN, go to Start, Programs, Accessories, then PAINT. Go to edit and then paste the print screen into PAINT or you can just simply hold down CTRL and V at the same time. Then go to file and save it as file type .jpg.

No. A pdf file contains text and pictures. you can select individual pictures in the document and save them as .jpg files and select text and save it as .txt files but that's all. Or do a screen print like Sean says. Good luck!
