muscle weighs more than fat so start weight training. Eat lots of carbs and red meat. I suggest steaks and pastas. Put some cream sauces on the pastas and use lots of real butter. Enjoy! Darn...now I"m hungry...thanks.

have a lot of protein in your diet
and do sort of gym training stuff after ur food
i heard that works
dont eat 2 much cuz dat might just stretch ur belly and make it ugly.. instead of making ur whole body fatter
