Some people find using swear words easier to spell?

Well when you hear stuff like "suck my", "kiss my", "bite me", "eat me" it's meant to be the ultimate insult because it's not something you would do to that person especialy if they are the same sex as you. My thing on it is when you have to cuss to insult, your vocab is VERY limited. I told my play-stepdaughter that you can insult somebody by using intelligent words and watch the look on there faces when you do. The pay back is they're so stomped they can't say nothin' back because they're busy trying to figure out what you just called them.

Interesting question! Let me add that in German for instance swearwords usually have to do with excrements, but rather seldomly a sexual connotation. In Italian swearwords very often have a religious background (porca madonna!). With other languages I don't know really. But each culture seems to have its own preferences here. It is remarkable though, that insults in English almost always have a sexual connotation....

People have strong reactions to sex, and people will keep using whatever works to get reactions out of other people. It's interesting that this crosses cultural lines. Other cultures have similar type insults.

Curse words are made up of what-ever is seen as 'taboo' in a society. Some cultures have religious slang and cuss words.

i like 'the cats' answer, it seems if there is something that the majority of a society doesnt want to say, the people who want to say 'bad words' they use these words, and in our society the majority of what is 'taboo' is sex related topics.

Swear words are relating to whatever is 'taboo' or frowned upon in society, and sex is one of those articles.

Sex Is where evrybody Is ,I mean on tv.Its popular.I think everybody should not Insult other people but pray for them .some people have problems and we should try to have mercy on them,In the Name Of Jesus Christ I pray
