I use the Yahoo! toolbar and I have not seen a pop-up that I didn't want sense I got it.

use google's tool bar. Go to www.google.com and click on the 'more..>' link at the top. Then look for the toolbar link (bottom right (looks like eyes).
Load taht up and hey presto you have a pop up blocker. If you want a pop up to appear (eg on a bank site) then just hold doen the CTRL key when clicking a link.

I recommend getting firefox. It's a new browser witha sleek design and it has a built in pop-up blocker so you don't have to worry about anything else. Also it has tabbed browsing so you can have several pages open at once..it's really nice..

Man just get Mozilla Firefox..... I have it and i never had problems with pop-ups (meaning they never pop-up).
