Okay. His close friend tells me he is straight. But yesterday a few girls told me the director of our play told them he is gay but to "keep it on the low - DON'T TELL".
Who is right? Why ios this a crisis - HE MADE ME FALL FOR HIM! No joke. Flirting, hugs, playing with my hair, and those stupid head games and jealously crap. But if he's gay...

If you're interested in having a relationship with him, just be straight up (excuse the expression) and ask him. When you're having a quiet moment together, just say "look, I don't mean to be insensitive, but I'm a little confused by your signals, because it seems as if you're into me, but I've been told that you're gay". No point playing games about it. If he is gay, why waste the time worrying. If he's not, then you're better to start a relationship with the groundwork of honesty in place.

Um first of all you cant trust girls, they may be telling you hes gay to keep you away from him especially if he said not to tell anyone because he probably wouldn't have told a bunch of girls (guys know Girls talk, and gossip) so go for it if he is he will be flattered and if hes not you ll and you two get together then you can throw it in those girls faces that they're little plan didn't work
Keep flirting and see where it goes and when the time is right tell him take a chance

Go for it. You will soon find out if he is gay or not. if its driving you mad now imagine if you dont go for it how you will feel in a few weeks. GO FOR IT hope it works out for you

go for it...if he isn't straight then at least you tried and were true to your feelings...if he is then awesome and you'll feel so much better for doing it instead of sitting there going crazy like you are now...go for it and see what happens!! GOOD LUCK!!
