Anytime you feel this sense of urgency, you should think about what you are doing. Maybe you should make a goal to earn the money, take the time to earn/save that much.
If you need truly is urgent, then consider a pawn shop or sell your sperm, or eggs.

How's your health. Gonna have to work this one off...either by working or selling something. Find a good plasma clinic, repro clinic and start selling your bodily fluids. Check medical testing facilities and see if they need human guinea pigs.
