you can say ok and just talk for some time with her in the night and then tell her that you are really tired and have to get up early so hjave to go to sleep . and start making the conversation boring after a certain limit of time wen you want to go to sleep just go aon asking her wat else or something. may be she to will feel sleepy and bored by then and go to sleep. and telling no completely might just make both your friendsa angry.

Go with your gut. If you feel you'd rather sleep than have a friend from far away visit, that's perfectly acceptable for you to tell her that you're a little busy and that you hope to see her again next time perhaps. If she's a close friend that you value, you may see it the other way, and think it may not be too much trouble to see her before she returns home. Depending on your circumstance, either situation is normal and plausible, but you have to make the decision for yourself.

I would just politely explain the situation. Say that although you would love for her to come over and stay, that now is just not a good time for you because you have a big week coming up and have alot of stuff to gt done and try to rest as much as possible. Tell her the next time they are in town you would love to have her and maybe you could do something really special.

She lives a few states away, suck it up and let her spend the night:) Your young and can sleep later :) Just let her know your very tired and not really going to be good company but she can hang out and for her not to be mad if you fall asleep :)

Explain your problem. Talk it over with both of them. If she agrees to an early night, then think of something special you can do before bed. And hold her to the bed time. (Purchase some earplugs if necessary).
It really isn't fair that there is so little time we can spend with our friends.

If you decline the request then you'll be losing both friends and, after all, it's just one night. Bear with it and ask her over and be extra nice to her because you might call on her one day and ask her to stay overnight.

wow, 6 a.m. is NOT early. try waking up at four a.m. every school day to catch the bus to a far away school.
I have tons of homework since I'm in magnet school and sometimes I get less than four hours of sleep.

just explain that you can't do it. a true logical intelligent friend would understand that. nothing wrong with it. everybody needs their rest and sleep.
