why is it that people always are on the side of israel is it because they have been brainwashed,in telling how bad the israelians have been treated in the past, is it a guilt thing that people feel they have to back them.me i think it's no use to keep on harping on the past they are not the only ones who have been procecuted or are procecuted.

i agree i mean the israelis stole the land from the arabs.... and people still support them... i personally think it is beacuse of the racism towards arabs in the western world and also because of the power the jewish lobby have in US politics.

Was it allright to try to destroy Israel? Israel tried in every way possible to live peacefully with its neighbors. They are surrounded on all sides with countries that harbor terrorists. From the day Israel was established, the attacks began. The Israelis even bulldozed their own settlements and gave the land to the Arabs, but nothing short of the annihilation of Israel would satisfy them. The suicide bombers got on Israeli school buses and went into the market places. Missiles were aimed at resorts and cities and hundreds more were poised on the border. Israel even built a wall but it didn't keep the terrorists out. When 2 soldiers were kidnapped, Israel had enough. The did what the US should be doing; they went after the terrorist's headquarters and training grounds. These are the same terrorists that attacked us on 9/11 and have attacked Britain, India and other countries. Israel is the only ally of the US in the Middle East and the only democracy in the region. They have a right to defend themselves.

I think the reason that most people support Israel is because the world can see that they are simple trying to exist. It's funny because other than the countries in the middle east, everyone else in the world sees terrorism for what it is, and the fact is, Israel has been terrorized by others for decades.
I have read numerous books written by people (Muslims) who grew up in the middle east and several books mentioned that hatred toward Israel (Jews) is actually taught to children in the public schools there. Nice.........
So you tell me; who is being brainwashed?

being a christian and as its not of my concern let me be truthful to the whole issue. had any one of you really been to war and did you happen to see in real whats it like.? No don't even dream of it. it not a movie. for a trial just keep a knife near your throat and try to cut your self and what feeling you get? its the same feeling we get in war.all the time.
America is now brain washing people for their gains. Iraq was a big back fire and so to prove himself right they have started another casualties.
Reality is different and please search for it you will get it. If you really want to make this world a better place to live.

Israel is a Democracy surrounded by terrorists that want it not reduced in size but they want it all gone,all dead and pushed into the sea.
Why is it that you want them gone, too?
Would you like them to stop defending themselves?
Would you like them to go quietly to the Gas chamber?
I have no guilt from their past only anger about their today and tomorrow.

Israel is not a democracy per se. Their kibbutz (sic) are actually communes so in a way they are a communist country. They are on our side more or less, but dont forget Johnathan Pollard who was an Isreali spy in the U.S. Israel is on Israels side and dont forget it.

you know ....israel controlling every where, they are using there pepole and supporting them by every thing (money + power) soo they keep them on thier side...and all times support them to be presednts of soo many countries (like usa)....and they are making big proboganda abut how much they are suffring in live from all pepoles in eachterms (do you bleve till now they are getting mony from germany due to what Hilter did for them)loooooooooooool which is soo funy....and acording to uor experiance juice are big laier ......and this story of what hitler did ...they make it big and may be nothing of this happend (who knows) ....i don't beleve them .....they creat this story and crying infront of world so as to be like victoms...which is very clear if any one check that ....

short and to the point-after ww2 the jewish people came enmass to israel-not enough room,so they took what they wanted from their neighbors!so for years the neighbors havebeen trying to get it back.israel is not so innocent.terrible things happened to their people but that does not give them a free passon everything forever-ok not so short

some people are against israel
some people think all israelis, men women and children should be killed and they are trying to kill them
why is it? because people are people, and have their own beliefs and biases
forget the past
look to the future
both sides have to be willing to stop killing
whatever side you favor, are they willing to stop killing?
what agreement would they accept?
