Yeah, but Peja Stojakovic and Michael Redd are good shooters as well.

I think he is hands down. Michael Redd can heat it up also. Guys like Kobe and Wade a great players, but Ray Allen can light it up. He can hit 6 or 7 straight 3s in any game. He's been that way since college and I'm sure in high school. Kobe can shoot from deep accurately, but Wade isn't that good from far away.

Since Reggie retired and Peja's been waning, he probably holds the crown. He definitely works for it, too.
This Stats page on NBA.com is great - you can sort and fine-tune the searches pretty well. http://www.nba.com/statistics/player/Scoring.jsp?league=00&season=22005&conf=OVERALL&position=5&splitType=9&splitScope=SEASON&qualified=Y&yearsExp=-1&sortOrder=4&splitDD=All%20Teams
I'm looking at guards regular season stats for '05-'06...
D.Wade and Kobe are high in points - but they also get a lot of points in the paint. Usually when discussing "shooters" we're considering the jump shot.
In addition, Rip Hamilton needs an Honorable mention - and he's another player with an amazing work ethic -- like Reggie and Ray
