Are you sure it's the soap? Try washing her without any soap. If she still complains I would take her to the doctor to make sure she doesn't have a urinary tract infection. It would be unusual for a 2 year old to have problems with soap. I would not use a feminine wash on her. In fact, I think the bottle states not to. I can not use them with out extreme itching. If the doctor says there is nothing wrong with her, I would ask for a recommendatio of what to use. There are some very gentle soaps available such as Phys-o-derm or Basis.

Most 2 year olds don't need excessive washing of the genital area. A bath with a small amount of liquid baby soap in the water is sufficient to keep her clean.
Ask your pediatrician.

No, i wouldn't recommend using feminine hygiene wash, it's scented, which can lead to more irritation. Try Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Liquid Soap - Aloe Vera Baby Mild, you can find it here:

I would assume so because they are very gentle but why not just use a baby wash? They are made for babies. Other than that, ask your pediatrician first.

Yes, it's safe. But a washcloth and plain water is probably the best for any "pink parts".
