We keep our home clean, but any little crumb, any jar not completely tightened in the cupboard and of course the dog and cat food arond the house keeps drawing in endless ants. What can we do to get rid of them? We're afraid that poisioning them will cause them to drag poision not only back to their hive but also to the pet food.

Terro. it comes in a small bottle and i think you can get it at Lowes. (very good product)

Inorder to avaoid the ants u can put Turmeric powder on the path and this will prevent them. Try the same for couple of times. This act as a repellent to Ants.

check where the ants are coming from and pore a tea spoon of milk in the whole where they live they would be gone within minutes

You know ants could mean that you are going to move to another house.
