I was a bit stunned that he considered flushing a toilet-cleaning a bathroom... so.... does that guy's statement reflect the way males see this chore.. or was this guy completely insane?

Is it really THAT easy??? All this time I've been wasting my energy and precious time with cleansers and scrubbing and disinfecting agents.... I'm such a fool!

Does he clean the bathroom every time or does he think that flushing the toilet constitutes cleaning the bathroom?
The former sounds obsessive and the latter sounds repulsive. I would not want to lift the seat on that toilet! Oh the GERMS!!

and considers flusing a toilet as the WORK so by flusing the toilet , he is doing a JOB of cleaning the BATHROOM , where the toilet is located.
As if he did NOT flush after , then the Toilet , as a result the bathroom would be dirty.

well the thing is this. his toilet bowl broke about 6.5 weeks ago so he IS correct. when he flushes the toilet. the water shoots all over the walls and everywhere else. so viola. the bathroom is now cleaned. well almost. he missed that spot under the cabinet.

Not only does this reflect how he feels about cleaning up after himself, but life in general. A guy like that isn't going to work hard at anything you feel is important. Time to find a new guy.

That's like saying somebody quits smoking every time they put one out. He's probably just trying to be clever and funny. I'm sure he has a whole reprotoire of "funny" one-liners that everybody has already heard but he thinks he made them up. Not all males are dirty and he may not be dirty either, just "funny". Look at his bathroom and decide about him. In the meantime, you can find funnier if not cleaner.

I truly wish that just flushing was all that bathroom cleaning entailed!!! What a reality . . . but it does sound 'like' male mentality.
