To anyone that TOKES, POKES OR SMOKES..... Did you start with ciggies, go to pot and then the harder stuff???

I have smoked ciggies (for a short period), and I have toked pot (for years).... I have NEVER had the desire to go any further than that. Pot is the soda-pop of the drug culture, why the harder stuff?

To you crack heads, or you meth users...... what's your problem?

You give us POT HEADS a bad name!!!!

its true everyone i know who does weed has never gone to the "harder stuff" it stupid and weed isnt as bad as people make it out to be...they sell stuff in pharmacies alot worse than marijuana...i think we should legalize it...but thats a whole different discussion...

I started smoking cig at about 15; it was the cool thing to do, peer pressure and all that crap. In fact when I started, smoking was allowed in hosp. rooms. Got turned on to pot later[about 20] and got along real well with that. Dropped a bit of acid from time to time, no way to get hooked on that, but fun once in a while. Tried speed for a while, liked that, but quit because I would get cranky. Still smoke pot now and then, because I like it...I don't drink. I agree that all the heavy drug users give pot a bad name, by claiming gate way. Total bullshit. Pots only illegal because some one in Government is making big bucks by keeping it that way. I firmly believe that we have so many people hooked on real drugs, because we allow pushers to thrive, by keeping pot illegal.

I'm with you...started with tobacco, then herb. Never understood the need for anything more. Even alcohol makes no sense to me. BTW, below is an article about a recent study showing the effects of marijuana as a gateway drug.
