Ginkgo biloba helps with memory retention. I used it in college.

A firm NO on both counts. Memory boosters like Ginko Biloba will only help if taken on a long term basis...and believe you me...you won't even notice the difference unless you are old and forgetful. Aricept is used in the treatment of Alzhimer's ..but is not a memory booster in the conventional way. And no...once again not recommended for you. Concentration and will power will see you through!!! good luck.

First, reset your body clock by using waking up earlier the days earlier the tests, and having a speedy 10 min run, or 5 minutes run-on-the-spot interior, in case you do not favor to go out. Then have breakfast, with nuts and end result.( muesli is magnificent) you may have one espresso, yet no more effective, because it is going to impair performance. sturdy success !

i read this book called Super Power Memory by Harry Loraine. its an old book, but it had some amazing tips and techniques on how to learn how to control and maximize your memory. go to your nearest library, borrow it and skip to the good parts. the only technique i ever use is the "word chain" thing, and thats pretty cool when i can use it to memorize entire paragraphs!!!

ryddalin. I'm pretty sure I spelled that wrong.
When you're high on ryddalin you're super student
but it's easy to tell you're high. If someone tells you
to do something your just like yeah alright. Don't know
any legal ones though.

I've never tried it, but they advertise this herbal supplement on the radio called Focus Factor, maybe give that a try.

Lecithin... but it takes weeks to build up and work for you.

Worked great for me in college... your mileage may vary.
