Ok, here i need clothing store definition.....???

i know the clothing stores like AE, A&F, Hollister and Areo are 'prep' stores. wat about the stores i shop at? wat r they classified as? just curious:

i guess they're classified as prep or they can even be just "normal" type clothing stores.

i also shop at GAP but the thing is that I always see somebody wearing the same thing.....stupid gap on every corner
