I believe teen pregnancy comes form loneliness and the need for a love relationship with parents and children.I was a statsic I was married and divorced had a child in high school and I believe Its from the lack of parent children relationships that this country at one time had.I also believe that men took advantage of this and did not honor the wife and that forced woman to become more independent and self suporting rather then the nurturer that God has called them to be.I a man am guilty of this and I speak from experiance.I am 51 and I am truly sorry of this and I hope that men would trully honor there wives as the Bible says to do.In Jesu Name I pray and I ask woman that read this article to pray for those that have gotten hurt to forgive the men like myself and others In Jesus name I pray

I beloeve that it has to do with the parents education level not necessarily the teens. If parents are educated and better off I don't think that makes them immune to teen pregnancy I think it gives their teen other outlets for what could be used for sexual activity. Educated parents are usually more open minded and help their children learn.

Though intended effect, (supposedly) was to minimize teen pregnancy by informing teens about contraceptives. However, sexual education tends to ignite sexual curiousity among teens than it does help them make mature decisions. In affect, sexual education may only be causing more teen pregnancies.

I lived in Arkansas for seven years. i can inform you first hand what they imagine. there is not any longer some thing there for them. Their coaching gadget blows and their familial gadget prevents them from succeeding. the lads won't be able to imagine for themselves and drop out of faculty or particularly graduate in order that that you may artwork at a production facility for some thing else of their lives. first aspect on the record, get a truck, 2d, get a job, 0.33, impregnate someone. it fairly is all they do. for women, they stay interior the 50s attitude. Marry, get pregnant early, and cook and sparkling for a production facility worker. often times, they get pregnant very early so that you may assure a wedding ceremony. weird and wonderful, eh? They stay in a bubble. they imagine issues on television like higher type societies or useful human beings are fictional. they only do as their moms and dads did and the cycle keeps repeating itself.

The less educated you are, the more likely you are to do something stupid...like get pregnant while you are still in school. Then, the majority drop out, stay uneducated, and depend on someone else to get them through life.

It really depends. There are high school students who get pregnant who probably would not have if there was less coerciveness from their men/boys. Had the school had programs that taught care rather than abstinence, it would have better outcomes.

Some really well educated young women get pregnant due to low self-esteem, trying to please the boy.
