I would say a nice strong yet gentle scrub. also bathing daily cleanses the skin, but it also can dry it out, causing it to look dull, but most importantly, it may cause irritation and remove the natural emolients your body produces to keep it healthy. When you bathe, always use a moisture-rich cleanser, and always pamper your skin with a daily moisturizer. always have in mind skin follows a biological timeline, by decades of life. During your 20s and 30s, the first wrinkles start to appear and skin becomes less resistant as elasticity declines and gravity begins to take hold. In your 40s and 50s, repetitive movements form the first permanent wrinkles as genetics, gravity and a decrease in collagen and elastin cause skin and muscle to sag. The scrubs stimulates your skin's timeline to regenerate more often and it will help you with the dark skin. Also avoid using poducts formulatted with mineral oil, animal prooducts or fragrances which all these ingredients are very harmfull for our skin.. Mineral oil is the 2nd worse thing we could do to our skins health for it is like rubbing car oil on our skin and exposing ourselfes to the sun, animal products come from dead animals and these come from rendering plants these plants pick all dead animal and dead animal parts (from meat houses, etc.) and they put it in a huge pot, squash everything and boils it, what ever comes to the top is the oil other companies use to elaborate thier products, gross I know...the lipstick... ewww anyway, that is why i use Arbonne which are botanically based products and way much better because they get absorbed and the nutrients inside the products is what helps our skin look and feel healthy...they are not sold in stores, i buy them online at: http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com ... under shop online and you could even ask for a sample , anyway it is a great way to buy becasue they have this money back guarantee if for some reason there is something you do not like from the products you get your money back guarantee (within 45 days from purchase) so you have nothing to loose, only the rough skin;~) Maybe too much info but i understand you will use it wisely....

The first thing you can do is always make sure you are drinking enough fluid. With your index finger and thumb, pull up the skin on the back of your other hand and let it go. It should immediately fall back on your hand. The longer it stays up, the more dehydrated you are and that's bad for you skin.
The second thing you can do is always make sure you skin is protected from the elements and that means sunblock not only for the skin but your lips as well. Use sunglasses with UV block for your eyes. Moisturize on cold and windy days too!
Third, keep your hands off your face unless you are washing it or applying makeup. Your hands touch many things in the course of a day and the bacteria you pick up on them transfers to your face when you touch it, so hands off! When you wash, apply lotions or makeup always use the lightest touch possible so you don't break down the support structure under the skin.
The fourth thing you can do is sleep on your back. Use the best pillow cases you can afford so that they don't abrade your skin even minutely and keep them clean.
Finally, don't smoke and if you must drink do it in moderation. If you doubt that, look at the faces of smokers after 10 or 20 years, or alcoholics. Their habit has etched itself into their faces.
May you always have petal soft skin!

I asked this question too....
Look it up in my Q&A section...
Most of the people that answered said that i should drink lots of water, do a moring-night skin routine, and pamper your face every once in a while...
here is the morning-night skin routine:
( cleanse
tone
moisturize
treat )
cleanse your face with a scrub
use a toner to even out your skin if its oily, dry, or combination
moisturize your face to keep it from getting dry even if u have oily skin
and treat ur skin with acne products so you can get rid of them now and in the future...
if you do this results will show within 2 weeks =)

since you have good skin, (you said you don't have acne..).. you should avoid those heavy creme products and never use too many cremes or anything on your face.. just wash daily with a delicate face wash and cleanse, tone then moisturize and that's it.. just always make sure that your face is always clean.. also, if you wan healthy skin, why don't you try using cremes with vitamin E... it helps to promote good skin.. also never forget to drink lots of water, it replenishes the skin making it more clear and sleep regularly at least 8 hrs a week,.. hope that helped..

How To Get Gorgeous Skin
* Don't go to bed with makeup on. Makeup left on overnight seeps into your pores, clogs them, and congests your skin. Make sure that you wash your face twice at the end of the day. Once to get the makeup off. A second time to wash the skin itself.
* Exfoliate daily. After washing your face at night, be sure to exfoliate. Use a delicate scrub. If you don't have one on hand, a tablespoon of sugar or oatmeal will work just fine.
* Use facial masks regularly. If possible, everyday is ideal. Again, if you don't have one on hand, make your own. Mashed banana or avocado is good. Plain yogurt also works well.
* Keep a treatment and moisturizer on your face, day or night. Put your skin first. After you wash it at night, put on some kind of skin treatment, whether it's alpha hydroxy acids, vitamin A or C, or any kind of special cocktail treatment. Let that sink in, then put a moisturizer over that. In the morning, do the same.
* Don't use the cheapest or most expensive cosmetics. Mom tells me that moderately priced cosmetics are the best. They get the job done, and the ingredients are usually pretty good. You have to keep trying various brands until you find something that works well for you.
* Hydrate your face throughout the day. Whether it's a commercial product, or one you make yourself (fill a spray bottle with distilled water, add a few drops of chamomile or rose essential oil, shake it gently before each use, and spray it on) hydrate your face, even over makeup, frequently throughout the day.
* Treat your face gently. Never pull, tug, or scrub your facial skin. Be very gentle when you clean it, moisturize it or makeup on it. This will lessen the chance that you'll damage your skin and get wrinkles.
* Keep your face covered when you're in the sun. Use plenty of protection and wear a hat.
* Eat fresh foods and drink lots of water. My mom tells me to stay away from "dead food" food that's basically not fresh. She always eat lots of veggies, fruits, nuts, and drinks tons of water.
* Let go of stress. Stress can show up on your face, no matter how well you take care of your skin. Do something your enjoy everyday, whether it's watching TV or going shopping. Your face reflects what's going on inside of your mind.

use cetaphil to cleanse your skin every morning and night. follow up with a day cream that has sfp 15. i happen to like purpose cream. at night, you can use the same cream or go w/ something a little heavier to re-moisturize - but oil free. keep your skin out of the sun as much as possible.
for your body, fill up a spray bottle with baby oil that you will mist on during the last minute of your shower. you can follow up with a body lotion such as eucerin. on sunny days, use a sunscreen.

evening before bedtime= use face milk to clean your face before you wash it with lukewarm water and face detergent, then tonic lotion, the finally night cream which adapts to your age and texture.
