get one from your bank. why not get a credit card it is more safer especially if you want to use it online.

How old are you? If you are under age 18 you will not qualify. If you are over age 18, you must first open a bank account. Contact the bank that has your account and apply for a debit card with them.

I wasn't aware that you could shop online with a debit card. I thot you needed a credit card.

If you have a checking account you can probably just get a card from the bank that takes money out of your account. Or you can open a new account. Look for the different requirements, some banks might require you to keep a certain balance, others might not.

Don't shop in line with a debit card. Use a credit card. There are more consumer protection measures in place. Otherwise, send me your cash, I'll buy the stuff and send it to you .... sure I will .....

Ebay recently purchase Paypal for 1.7 Billion Dollars, by the way: (I may be a little bit off on the purchase price but, being purchased by Ebay it gives Paypal extra credibility in my book.)

A credit card is a better deal, if you can get one: the legal protections are better.

if you don't have a bank account, try any check cashing businness in your area...they offer pre-paid visa debt cards for you to use anywhere you want...all you have to do to continue to use is is add more money to the card..it's really easy...check it out
