I'm a rapper and i want to get signed to a major record deal but i'm not sure how to get them to hear me, i can make a demo but they say that they don't really take notice to it half the time, can someone give me a solution or advice ?

create your own style don`t start with major labels they will mess you up. try mixed tapes first if you are hot enough they will look for you instead. rappers like papoose aint signed to a major label but he is hot. try that

don't try to get signed to a major label- they just f*ck you over... independant labels are better. you gotta do mad shows for years before you ever get any type of deal.
