I usually add it to all my color loads of laundry, but I don't want to be throwing money down the drain (literally). My mom never used it, and my clothes seemed to be plenty clean.

Don't know why I ever started using it....maybe it just makes me *feel* like the clothes will be cleaner?

I think Color Safe Bleach boosts the cleaning power of your regular laundry detergent! I use it, not all the time, just when I have a few things with stains on them that I feel detergent alone will not get out...Hope this helps you..

It works wonders. It's the only stain remover that gets out baby food or spit up from my daughter's clothes!
