Put the Windows disc in your DVD drive and reformat your comp. Reformatting your comp gets rid of EVERYTHING, but then if you reformat your comp, you'll have less spyware, cause once you have lots of spyware, it's REALLY hard to get rid of it. Then try not to go to too many porn sites, and download Ad-Aware from Lavasoft. Ad Aware is great, C-Net (that proffessional technology site) gave Ad Aware 5 stars. When you use the internet, use Opera, it's the safest browser, safer than FireFox. C-Net also gave Opera and FireFox 5 stars

Don't forget, people, clearing your system of spyware is no good if you don't stop it from happening again... Go to www.zonelabs.com, and download the free ZoneAlarm firewall (don't choose ZoneAlarm Pro). Install this, and it will block any spyware that tries to install itself on your computer. Also, it will stop other people invading your machine. It can even stop viruses. A decent firewall is the best defence you can have.

Clean your machine with all the best anti-spyware.
Head on over to http://www.hitmanpro.nl and run that, it will automatically download, install, run and clean your PC with Ad-aware, spybot, CW shredder and many more. Can also perform virus scans.

The Yahoo toolbar seems to do the trick for me. It stops 99% of pop-ups. You can download it here: http://uk.toolbar.yahoo.com/?.cpdl=iy
