i think i had my first period but its only a little blood and i don't know what to do. but the thing that gets me is it ended to day its only day three, but i don't know what to do because my dad is the only one here and my mom left her cell phone and won't be back until the 26 and what do i do if it starts up again. help please.

Sometimes your 1st period doesn't last very long and/or has just a little blood. Use a pad or pantiliner for protection. It may or may not start again. You'll be OK. I know it's embarrassing to talk to dad about it (for both of you). Maybe you can call an aunt or older cousin, or a close friend.

Don't worry, it is very normal to be irregular when you first start your period. If you are uncomfortable talking to your dad about taking you to the store to buy some pads to have at the house in case it starts again, maybe you could have one of your friend's moms take you to the store to pick up some stuff. But I'll bet your dad would understand and help you out, you shouldn't be embarassed.

most girls are very irregular the first couple time you have your cycle. If you stopped and don't feel comfortable keep a pad in your pocket or purse so if you need it its there don't freak out some girls have short cycles i know i did until i had kids

go to the store and tell your dad you need to buy shampoo than go search for pads, and it could end or until 2-3 days more.

tll your dad you need to go shopping and if he asks what for tell him it's important and that it's girl stuff he should understand or ask your friend. P.S- dont be afraid to ask your dad every girls gonna get it or already started their period.

keep pads in ur bag, and if it starts again, u will always av sum ready at hand.
