I've tried mascara for sensitive eyes and waterproof mascara to no avail.

It really shouldn't clump up at all. Mines doesn't. Try Maybelline Lash Stylist. It extends my lashes so well, people think I have on falsies. But they are so pretty. When applying mascara, you're supposed to work from the underside of the lash, applying it from the root to the tip. Let the first coat dry completely before applying more coats to achieve the lashes you want. If you don't let it dry one coat at a time, just like nail polish, then it will clump. Its very similar to polishing nails, stroke the middle of the lash and then the edges last. Always buy new mascara like every four to six months also because the product itself will clump if its too old. And never share anyone else's especially since your eyes are sensitive. They could have germs like an eye infection and pass it along to you.

I have that problem too; and actually I just use an eyelash curler which gives the same affect only naturally! Also if you want to make them a bit more noticeable, only apply a little bit of mascara and then curl them...if it still bothers your eyes, then just put clear mascara on which makes them a little more noticeable, but I just use an eye lash curler every day and people think I wear mascara frequently!

Does the weight of the mascara on your eyelashes bother you or do you actually have an allergic reaction?

If it's just the weight because you aren't used to it, you might try wearing it every day until the big day to acclimate to it. Build up the time periods that you have it on each day.

An alternative would be not to bring the mascara wand so close to the roots of your eyelashes.

If you are allergic then try making your eyes glamorous just using eye shadow.

You could also try realistic false eyelashes.

Try using a mousse mascara like Daring Definitions by Avon. Its super lightweight and i have never had a problem with it clumping. It also lengthen the lashes and makes them darker so it draws more attention to your eyes. You should try this stuff it has been one of the best mascara's i have used.

I have sensitive eyes too. I look for mascara that says it's especially for sensitive eyes. Also, you may want to try clear mascara. It makes your lashes stand out more, but it doesn;t give them color

If mascara really bothers your eyes you could try going to a salon and getting your eyelashes colored dark. It will last longer, never run, and shouldn't bother your eyes. If you don't want to go that far you could also try false eyelashes but if you don't practice they could be tricky to put on but once you get the hang of it, it can be done pretty easily too.
GOOD LUCK
