after the dog finished eating, the dog licked his butt. my lady friend asked me why did the dog just lick his butt, i told her maybe the dog was trying to get the taste out of his mouth.
now she's mad @ me. why?

Basically said her dinner was worse than the dogs butt. Is considered an insult. See it like this, would you want your friend to lick her butt(Or the dog doing that) then she gave you that comment, how would you feel about it? Good luck on this one.

in certain societies and cultures, it is common practice to show how much you enjoyed a meal by licking your butt following the repaste. its an effort to show that the food was exquistely prepared, so much so that you would enjoy as many helpings as possible.
your lady friend is obviously a refined woman,....even her DOG has well-developed manners. since you didn't lick your butt, you basically said the meal wasn't as tasty as you'd like. she's not so much angry as disappointed that she disappointed you.
