You can't make someone fall in love. All you can do is be yourself and see if you fall for each other. People love who they love, and there isn't always a rhyme or reason for it.
Also, just because you love someone, it doesn't follow that they have to love you back. So, if they don't reciprocate your feelings, move on. Hanging around and sighing at them isn't going to make them love you.

You cannot make a persona fall in love with you. Maybe you can flirt with her/him, but if he/her doesn't reaaly like you i think theres no hope, just move on ...
