pretend you are really intent on learning and if she talk to you, just simply reply in a civilised manner "sh, im trying to do this, later" and keep on doing this and eventually she will get annoyed and frustrated and she wouldn't blame you since you have lways been calm

From your grammar and spelling, you need to focus more on the lessons in class and less on who is sitting beside you.
As for braces, they may cause a person to have some saliva issues...it's not her fault, I'm sure she's not enjoying the braces any more than you are. If you dislike her because she's not a nice person, then simply ignore her. It's that simple.

if the only reason you don't like her is because she has braces...well, i would say that you have a good, decent chat with her and tell her that she needs to really watch how she talks, as she tends to spit on whomever she is talking to
if it is because she is a brat (with or without the braces) then try getting to class AFTER her and sitting somewhere where she cannot move beside you

Are you a person with class and style? If you are, then you accept people for who they are and not what you want them to be. There is no law that says you have to be friends with her, but neither should you put her down.

Tell her u don't like her first off. I don't know why females are scared to tell other females they just can't stand them. And let her know if she has something to say and she spits while doin it our gonna smack her.
